At The Jerky, we stand behind the quality of our premium snacks and offer a 30-day satisfaction guarantee on all unopened products. Due to the perishable nature of our food items, we cannot accept returns on opened packages unless there is a confirmed quality defect.
Initiate Your Request
Contact our support team within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the items you wish to return.
Receive Authorization
Once approved, we will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and the specific shipping address for our warehouse.
Pack and Ship
Securely pack the unopened jerky in its original packaging and include your RMA slip inside the box before shipping it back to us.
Refund Processing
After our quality control team inspects the returned goods, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
