What is the shelf life of your jerky?
Unopened bags of The Jerky stay fresh for up to 12 months. Once opened, we recommend consuming the product within 3 days or refrigerating it to maintain optimal flavor and texture.
Do you use artificial preservatives or nitrates?
No, we pride ourselves on using only natural ingredients. Our jerky is preserved using a traditional salt and smoking process, and we never add nitrates, nitrites, or MSG.
How long will it take for my order to arrive?
Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days. Standard shipping takes 3-5 business days, while expedited options are available at checkout if you need your snack fix sooner.
Is your jerky gluten-free?

What is your return policy for food items?
